BROOKINGS, S.D. – Midland University opened up their 2018-19 indoor track and field season this past weekend at the South Dakota State University Holiday Invite in Brookings, South Dakota. The Warriors were one of several teams competing in the two-day event meet that began on Friday that featured a mix of NCAA Division I, II and III schools as well as six NAIA schools.

Against some of the toughest competition they'll face this season, Midland had 13 top 25 finishes, several new personal best and three national qualifiers.
